Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the FBX Radar API, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use FBX Radar to monitor publicly available Facebook pages and profiles for legitimate business intelligence purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to harass, stalk, or surveil private individuals
• Attempt to access private or restricted Facebook content
• Resell API access without prior written agreement
• Use the service to violate Facebook's Terms of Service in ways that harm third parties
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or attack our infrastructure

3. Service Availability

We target 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Monitoring results depend on Facebook's public availability. We are not liable for data gaps caused by Facebook changes, rate limiting, or temporary outages.

4. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Refunds are at our discretion for billing errors.

Overage charges apply as specified on the Pricing page.

5. Account Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from the billing page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

FBX Radar is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 14 days notice via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
